I had the opportunity to present at the University of California, Davis Undergraduate Research Conference.
My presentation, “Effects of t10,c12-CLA on Lipogenesis and Fatty Acid Composition in Primary Intramuscular Bovine Adipocytes,” found that t10,c12-CLA may influence fatty acid composition primarily by regulating SCD1 expression, with implications for improving meat quality and advancing cultivated meat research.
